Description of Home Staging ServicesThe first visit to your home will be to conduct a pre-staging consultation and assessment of time required to stage the house. A contract of expectations will need to be signed once it is determined what work you would like to do to save time and ultimately money or if you want to relieve yourself of it and save the work for us. Because there are numerous recommendations and advice given on this visit, a non-refundable $150.00 deposit will be required and put toward the invoice upon completion of the job. Basic and Plus packages include the following:
